Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Sorry, we'll try to do better next time in 2023. In the meantime the web is filled with dark mode websites like IGN, GameSpot, Guru3D, PC Gamer, Games Radar, Tech Radar, Fox News, NBCNews, etc. Oh wait....

No worries..... if you made a website we'd probably hate it too.

It seems like a lot of people who 'hate' the new layout aren't actually judging the layout itself as they mostly talk about the shock of change of something they were long accustomed to, not the design itself.

It definitely threw me and takes me longer to navigate because I try to go to the places I'm used to by muscle memory and have to look around. That's frustrating, but in the same way it can be frustrating when anything changes for better or worse.

Taking a step back and setting aside what I'm used to, I think it's well done aesthetically, it's still simple, and things are still easily accessible. I'll get used to it again over time.

The only thing I really would hard want changed is the same thing plenty others already mentioned, dark mode. Even that is more for comfort and personal preference than it is a reflection of the new layout itself and it's already being worked on so that's going to be nice.

Overall, I think it looked great before and I think it looks sharp now, too.

We're hoping that Dark Mode will be implemented by the end of the week. We've been working hard on it despite about 80% of the Internet using light/white backgrounds, we want our users to be happy.

Thank you Chris, Peter and everyone else who is involved with the works. We really appreciate it. Keep up the awesome work!

Glad to know a "dark" mode is in progress - the current one definitely hurts my old eyes! Thanks for all ya'll do!

I've noticed a bug/issue lately when using the trainer manager, if I go to update a trainer or download a trainer, if i scroll down using the mouse wheel while it's loading (like when it says injecting account related data, and it's other various phases) it pauses the action, like the little spinning icon will even stop moving, until I scroll back up. This doesn't happen if I click and drag the scroll bar on the side of the app up & down.
