  Trainer not working with core 3.1 update

    All the trainer (old or new) are not working after I installed both x64 and x86 .net core 3.1 runtime.

    I tried repair, reboot, re-installed, nothing works.

    By the way my Windows 10 is 1809 since 1903 have compatibility issue with my USB-DAC.

    Any other thought?
