I have very weird problem. I can't enter google from my desktop PC, if I write "google.com". But I can if I write "google.com.tr" (I'm from Turkey).
But this cause another problem. Google capthcas don't open too and I can't login some sites including cheathappens.
Google.com opens if I use VPN. Also I can enter from my phone or tablet without any problem.
Is there any ideas what may cause this problem in my desktop?
I tried changing dns options, host file, cleaning registry etc. but didn't fix the issue.

That is very odd. Have you tried something like CCCleaner on it? Does it happen with all browsers (IE11, Edge, FF, Opera, Chrome)?

Yes it happens on all browsers I tried (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Maxthon, Edge). I tried CCleaner and PC Registry Mechanic... no changes...
After few seconds, it throws "Error code 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT)".
Resetting PC will probably fix this but I don't want to reset my PC just for this...

It's almost like some software on your PC might be blocking the site. Do you have a security suite that has URL blocking rules that you can check? Other than trying the hosts file fix, I'm at a loss. Does ping and tracert work? That might give you some insight on where the block is occurring. I would also completely disable the Windows built-in Firewall.

    I can ping "google.com" and "8.8.8.8". But I can't ping "www.google.com".
I'm not a network expert. So I don't have a clue how to fix it. I'm searching through internet. Thanks anyway.
