This is a guide for those who missed getting access to Dothomir after completing Bogano. If you used superjump, you would very likely miss the checkpoint for Dothomir. Dothomir gives you early access to the dual bladed lightsaber, and is also used for a key part of the story.

A few of us used super jump in the planet of Bogano (first planet you're brought to), and missed a scripted checkpoint that unlocks the Red Planet Dothomir.

Many guides out there would tell you that Dothomir is NOT critical to the story. This is wrong, as you are required to go there after about 60% of the story.

If you glitched by not getting Dothomir at the beginning, there are 2 current workarounds:
Before using any of these workarounds, bring your character back to Bogano. Chances are the doors would NOT open. Meaning you'll have no way of ever regaining access to Dothomir once you miss it. For those that are able to leave the ship, the workarounds would not be applicable to you. For those who are not able to leave, the workarounds would likely work for you.

The first is to create a new savefile, play it to that point where you reach Bogano, save via meditation. Then, reload your main save file, and your character would be teleported out of the ship. You would then be able to backtrack your steps and re-trigger the Dothomir unlock cutscene.

The second workaround is to play on a secondary save file, progress to Bogano, save the coordinates of the Dothomir unlock/scanning location OR any Bogano location, load your main save, and teleport your character to the saved coordinates. THis would either bring your character directly to the trigger area, or at least out of the ship.

The third method (Thanks to SMehan) would be to save via meditation, quit into the title screen, and reload the file. This is by far the most efficient method.

As many others have noted, set the jump to a reasonable level.
It's meant to overcome some obstacles, not meant to skip to another area.

Very well put. I’m sure others will appreciate this as more people begin to play and use the trainer. Learn from our mistakes and be careful with those jump heights people 😉

One thing that worked for me was to have the ship travel to Bogano. I saved via the ship mediatation, and quit the game. When I reloaded, I was outside the ship. I was able to find the missed cutscene and was then able to reboard the ship and resume my travels. This was much quicker than the other two options.

Oh I didnt know that. THis might be the best workaround to be honest. Ill include this, but it would be best for more people to test and confirm this.

started again and found my trigger
it was my second visit to zeffy i think its called, on your way back to the ship
you climb the rocks at the side of the ice slide that takes you down to the bottom
well as you go back up the rocks at the side of this, you jump onto an air gush to the other side
when you land a new baddie appears and p[laces a force field around the area...
i had one hit kill on and smashed him straight away, this broke my trigger to get zapped by him and captured and put in the prison
once doing this i got my breath and double jump shortly after
