I am quickly realizing that these Age of Empire games plan to update each week, every week, forever, while also changing all the anti cheat code and offsets. We simply aren't going to update these games over and over and over burning 4-5 hours a week on them. I suggest you learn how to make steam give you an older copy of the game, and realize that Age of Empires titles are about to be put ON HOLD or retire. They are adding nothing to the game, and fiddling with balance and anticheats endlessly.

We may update this one yet one more time, but you been warned. Titles like this take 90% of our work time in a day, and repeatedly so. It's ridiculous, and the developers know it, and are purposely doing it just for this reason, to stop idiots who are using and abusing the games in online modes.

I know it's a rough time. I appreciate what you and your team does, I really do. What about instead of doing an update every time the game comes out you just do one on a regular schedule so it doesn't take up the labor hours for your team?

When I press F1 to run the trainer it says:

Collect Resources, Script error in line 7: Cannot find aob for 'Collect_Resources'

You can try the cleaner, if the patch it had the other day did not break the trainer. Or it may need yet another update.

Please delete the trainer, custom keys, debug folder where the trainer resides and all files in

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values. This typically will resolve the issue.

This cleaner is also part of the new Cheat Happens Trainer Manager 2.0, it is found in the settings and has an easy to use one button click feature.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

yeah, so this game is ridiculous patch pattern. Likely our last update for a long long time. Patches are mostly to try and thwart multiplayer online cheating, as they change the offsets and encryption values repeatedly.

The gameplay for this game has not changed since release, literally.

I understand if you guys are not planning to update the title as regular due to constant patch, but is it possible to just update the trainer for the release of the expansion pack?
