How do you use the heat option to set the heat level? When I turn it on it stays at 0.

Per instructions.

Reset or Set and Freeze Heat:
Toggle on and while being chased the heat resets. You can now modify the value once you toggle this on to a number. Large numbers and you will generate XP much more quickly. Super large numbers and you may level up to 50 almost instantly so use with care.

Repair/re-install all of these

Have all of the following installed.

.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x64 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x64 Link
.NET Framework (get latest) Link

(Both x86 and x64 of the .Net Core MUST be installed)

Reboot PC when done.

I am getting the same error when I am trying to activate this trainer. I have downloaded and installed/repaired all of the above. I checked and installed all Windows 10 updates. Rebooted several times and I am still receiving the error message. Anything else I am missing?

not sure why my last comment got deleted when i was asking a question?? is this being looked at or is there fix? the trainer wont work wont even turn on i have done everything that was said even deleted the setting files? is there something else i can do to make it work? playing on Ea app wont let me load it any other way. Thanks for your time
