Could be, one of the Star Wars trainers had the same thing, would work on Origin but not on EA Desktop. Still available to DL and use so I would suggest to try that for now.

Sadly if you get EA Play through the XBOX Game Pass it doesn't work with the Origin app, only EA Desktop. Probably how Microsoft got them to include EA Play so they could force people to beta test the new app.

If this is the case and Origin trainers don't work with EA Desktop it could get ugly around here. 😢

Im thinking that is the issue as I am using the EA Desktop app. Any chance we could get a trainer for the EA desktop version? As always, I appreciate your hard work.

I have no idea what this even is.

How many iterations are they going to go through? Origin, EA Play, now EA Desktop?

EA Desktop is the new platform that will be replacing Origin.

May be a good idea to start using the new platform for trainer support. Some older trainers may need to be updated when Origin goes away for good.

I would just use Origin for trainer and game right now, it's going to be a while until we sort this EA Desktop App out. It's still in BETA and has no official release date as far as I can see.
