Hi,
I cannot get this to work with the Rockstar Launcher.
This is what I have tried, started trainer with admin, then launch game, Alt-Tab back to trainer press F1 then alt tab back to game and use number pad to select options. However when trying to select an option on the numberpad nothing happens, the keyboard is unresponsive.
Went back to the trainer to double check Number Lock was on and it was.
So thought I would Alt-Tab back to trainer and then select the options,the trainer responded however tabbing back into the game the cheats had not worked.
I then tried the above again but with starting the trainer once already in the game, no go.
So then tried the above but, this time tabbing out on the splashscreen (where you choose story mode or online mode) to start the trainer, weirdly when I did this the F1 button was unresponsive so I couldn't activate the trainer.
I have disable security software, tried with both controller connected and disconnected.
Any suggestions?

This is what I do, and it works fine everytime:
1. Get into the game, you know, where you can actually move your character around.
2. Alt-Tab to get to the trainer
3. CLICK to activate the trainer. It will say "Please wait...trainer activated"
4. CLICK ALL the cheats you want to enable i.e. click the toggle switch for Unlimited Health etc.
5. Alt tab back to the game.
6. Have fun with the cheats.

I will go and give it a try with clicking the options using the mouse instead of use the keyboard, cheers for the suggestion.
Could I ask are you using the Rockstar Launcher or the Epic Games one?

You can just alt tab out & use your mouse to activate trainer (at the botom of the trainer) & use your mouse to activate options, that's how I do it

there is a save editor around btw, it was recently updated to work with pc, ive mostly used it to unlock weapons and change my horsey to an Arabian black horsey, which is awesome.
Same here, though there are some odd things with the program. It tries to save 3 files after editing and it seems to work just fine if you say no to all 3, but I have no clue what those are supposed to be doing. Great for adding guns, not so good for adding trinkets and other perks
I've tried it as well and had those three files try to save. I didn't save them because I didn't know what they were but noticed that they only seemed to try to save when I tried to add things like satchels or weapons. If I just changed stats, money or even the map they didn't show when saving.

All the options work apart from the stamina, that still drains while sprinting.

Can confirm stamina is very hit and miss. It seems to work for a while, but then some cutscene might happen, and then it doesn't. Or it might not work at all. I have tried toggling it but it didnt help.
