I have tried looking this up in google and I have checked the official forum for the game and no luck on finding a solution that works. The quest marker in my UI does not appear on screen. I know I'm supposed to go to Byzantium BUT I have no idea what planet it is on and if I select another quest by double clicking on it the quest marker still does not appear.

I found out what the problem is. The quest was bugged that's why the tracker would not appear. The quest is from sublight when they send you to Bysantium.
