I'm wondering how big the unlock download will be from Rockstar. I thought this game was supposed to be 150GB. I'm going to be so annoyed if we still have 40GB to download.

I just preloaded this game it looks like 109GB
pretty chunky
for a 60+ hour story game that seems about right.

From playing it on PS4 Pro, the world is insanely detailed. It seems at or exceeding FFXV's detail and that was a giant of a game as well, before the UHD patch.
Here's hoping there's no Day 1 patch needed, but if there is, the Rockstar Launcher download speeds were good. I hit over 117MB/s with consistency. Can't wait to see this awesome world in 1440p165 or 4k60 during couch gaming.

I already finished the preload yesterday and it went very fast.
As for file size, I think the extra 30+GB might also be space saved for encryption/decryption of files, especially during downloads and updates
