I tried the Total War Warhammer 2 and Vermintide 2 trainers. It's not that the cheats weren't working. It's that the trainers themselves don't show up anymore. I open them (as admin) and the process would run, but the actual trainer's interface does not show up.

This only happens if I'm using my new monitor's 4K resolution. If I go back to a lower resolution like 1080p, the trainer would show up.

What's usually suggested is to lower your resolution to the lowest possible resolution then move the trainer to the bottom of the screen and switch back. PWiz has said before that 4K was working for them.

If you still have issues then open a support ticket.
