It seems like "Enemy Bullets Cannot Hit" doesn't work against Snipers, they still one shot you.
try any of the other options, including invisible, invincible, to get past any missions or issues where you see this as a problem

my traner crashes everytime i drag my mouse on to it i cant even change the key binds without it crasing
nobody has ever posted this situation, ever. You might contact 0x90 to see if he has anything to suggest. We have 80,000+ members here, and never heard of this situation.

I cannot get this trainer to load. Every time I hit F1 it says "failed" and it cannot attach to the process. I tried moving the trainer into the game director. I tried putting the full path into the settings section of the trainer. I'm running it as admin....nothing works.
you need to use the launcher included with the game to launch the game, not UPLAY.

Not sure where to buy the game, I prefer EGS, since I do not have uplay installed (yet)
