During the maintenance we were unable to use the trainer. Is there an offline working trainer or to turn off the online integrity check so we're able to use the trainer even when the website is down?

Trainer says "Not Responding" during website maintenance.

i changed all 3 values and locked all 3. still same.

How do you obtain the "offline key"?

Go to trainer troubleshooting. Also I found a solution to getting Skell Credits working: download the first hot fix version of the trainer, which has the option working properly. Otherwise the most recent iteration will only modify Exp, Battle points and skill points. Enjoy

Sorry, when you say go to trainer troubleshooting, where can that be found? I only see it under "Get Help" but there isn't any option to use the trainer offline. Can you please clarify and tell me where to find it, thanks!
