Late to the party here, but nonetheless I wanted to confirm the following...

I stared the game (Steam purchase/ install) a week or two ago. The trainer has worked flawlessly, every_single_option, without having to add any extra instruction lines to the launcher.

Battle Eye, apparently, has been gutted from the game altogether. I did a deep file + registry search and there is nothing "Battle Eye" on my PC at all. No idea when this happened, but clearly Ubisoft ripped it out for whatever reason.

Just testing the game now first thing is apart from battleye being gone vulkan seems to be broken causing the game to crash while in the cutscene load you in a bivouac.
Game loaded fine on the other option.
Few minutes later the trainer seems to working fine though haven’t tested stealth/editor options yet.

I am encountering issues with the super accuracy feature in the game trainer. My usual process is as follows: I launch the trainer, start the game, activate the trainer, and then enable the no recoil and super accuracy features. While no recoil is functioning properly, the super accuracy is inconsistent; it sometimes works for about 5-10 minutes and then stops. Restarting the feature makes it work again but only for about 5-10 minutes.

Am I doing something incorrectly?

Sounds weird. No notice that issue ever before.
You may have to post a file update request and then the testers and trainer makers can have a look at it to try to figure out what is going on.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

After latest update of Aurora, when right clicking on this game, then selecting; Open trainer.

It does not open the trainer, this is the statement in the logs file;

Hello,

There seems to be one unaddressed issue with the trainer - the vehicle health cheat doesn't seem to work at all with any of the spawned vehicles. It did however for some reason work with a random vehicle I have accessed in game for 10 seconds and then it became impossible to destroy. Am I doing something wrong?

Ok, I think the problem is that the vehicle health option when on, affects all the vehicles around player and they become indestructible. Can this be looked at for such an old game? I actually got CH for this game xD
