What are these "GRB_NO_BE" files for ?
Do I have to run it before the trainer ?
And another, is there any trick to increase the gear score?

With those files the Anticheat can be disabled. There are two methods avaliable (or at least was because don‘t know if both still work), the NO-BE Files and the launcher, you can use either of them so just use the launcher as described in the readme and follow the steps displayed/described and forget about the other files.
NO-BE stands for „No BattleEye“ (BattleEye is the Anticheat thats used by GRB)

Here I was only able to run the game through the Launcher.
When I run the launcher, BE is still launching. I have tried to go in and run the NO BE by itself but I am getting an executable mismatch error. I think the game may have updated. All of this started happening after I rebooted my computer.
Did you not see the 14 gig update it got today? so yeah what Pwiz said.
I would not hold my breath for a quick update as no one seems to be able to either launch the game or stay in it long enough to actually do anything since the patch LOL. Another strong argument for OFFLINE modes, great job Ubi.
