Final Fantasy VIII Remastered Discussion
Trainer Tools and Resources
"Draw" is an ability all Guardian Forces (GFs) have that allows you to "Draw out" magic spells from enemies giving you a random amount (1 - 9) of that spell in your inventory,
there's also "Draw points" on certain maps which does the same,
although they temporarily "dry up" once you use them.
If someone were to give you a save game,
it would need to be in an area where there's monsters to encounter and a draw point on the map as well, the Balamb Training Center would be a good place to use.
Edit: Never mind I got it!

I can't speak for anyone else but I personally find it kind of frustrating that I can't disable these cheats (Limit Break on every attack, Instant Party Attack) - Yes, even if I physically disable the IPA cheat (enabling and then disabling), it still remains active.
Like I previously said, just activating the trainer enables those 2 mentioned cheats even if IPA is disabled.
Is this how the trainer is suppose to be intended?

If you're playing with, say, an xbox 360 controller for your PC, if you press LT + RS (right stick down) it opens up all the key commands and apparently I activated the Limit Break + IPA.
or with the keyboard F9 to bring up the key commands. Activating the trainer with F1 activated the built in cheats and I didn't realize it.

I put in a request for max draw, but it was denied because he was unable to figure out how to change it. Best bet now is to wait for the usual FF modders to make progress on the game and it'll be possible with whatever mod framework/engine that is released.
