    Before Creating a Trainer Update Request

    A suggestion from a Trainer Monkey (we test trainers) here at Cheat Happens, is to provide as much relevant detail as possible. I've been seeing a lot more of Game Updated or Doesn't Work.
    To expedite trainer testing and trainer updating, we need to know what doesn't work...or whats not working correctly for you. Also make sure you have included the trainer in your antivirus Exclusion list as well as having both .Net Framework and .Net Core updated....before submitting a request.

    A helpful guide before submitting a request:

    What Game Version are you running?
    What Trainer Version are you running?
    What Exactly are you trying to do, but isn't happening?
    Do you get an error messages or auditory errors? If so what are they?
    When do you run into problems? IE Beginning of the game, Middle, End..if relevant
    Have you used this trainer before without issue? If so When? Whats Changed since then?
    What steps have you tried before submitting an update request?


    Essentially the Who, What, Where, When, Why...will greatly help us.


    Please keep in mind, if the Trainer Monkey who pulls your game from our list is unable to replicate your issue...then it doesn’t get updated. We try very hard to replicate issues, (I typically put between 1-4 hours into games I’m testing before completing my testing). It Greatly benefits everyone involved to get as much detail as possible. Faster we replicate the issue, faster it gets fixed.

    I can only agree on that. Especially if something specific doesn't work or only in specific circumstances and the report only says "game updated" and we don't test this specific scenario where the trainer or a trainer option stopped working, the report gets dropped, we receive a PM and after several conversations we finally have the information we needed.

    Remember, you are actively playing the game, you noticed when something doesn't work, you know which options you have activated so please just add these few extra lines and we can deal with your report a lot faster.
