    Maybe this is just me.
    I open a ticket as a trainer is not working.
    They treat me like a complete idiot.
    Then I cannot respond to the ticket as they send it to @gmail.com where as my email is actually @googlemail.com which I was grandfathered into.
    So there is no way to even respond to the ticket in the first place.
    Please get this fixed.

    Helps if you actually list your problem like which trainer, etc otherwise we will treat you like an idiot as it's impossible for support to help someone that doesn't provide even the most basic of details and expects a solution. It also doesn't matter what email the support tickets are sent to, they are likely being blocked or filtered on your side. We correspond with tons of people on gmail every day without issue.

    Cheat Happens Staff need Information Regarding Game, Issue, and your troubleshooting methods.
    IE Staff need to know:

    Whats the problem? (IE, Trainer crashing, freezing, simply saying activated but nothing happening, etc)
    What Game and Game Version?
    What Trainer and Trainer Version?
    If relevent let them know when the trainer isn't working (IE All the time, beginning of game, etc).
    What if any Antivirus programs may be running in the background?
    The more information you provide the more likely of support being able to help. Better to much information then not enough.
