it still got multiple patches in November.

but if you look that small pacth thay just add some cosmatic.. i dont see any upadte that change the game

I tried the updated trainer on December 30th, and the only options that are working are Fast Skills Cooldowns and modifying Current Health. I tested both with and without the included launcher. So far, here are my results:

Unlimited Health: Gets you killed in 1-Hit.
Unlimited Armor: Nothing
Unlimited Shield: Nothing

Jumps: Nothing
Full Super Damage Meter: Nothing
Fast Skill Cooldowns: Works

Apologies if it was understood this game isn't supported anymore. Since there was an update, I assumed it was. As stated initially, only current health is modifiable, and max health shows up as either max health or max armor. Also, the description on the trainer page states there is a "Max Credits Resources and Items," and the option isn't in the trainer.
