    Hello,

currently I'm having troubles with one game: NFS Hot Pursuit 2010.
For months it was working all fine without crashing and today, it simply crashes when I press F1. I uninstalled the update for IE 11 and 10 and whitelisted the trainer, still crashes. Even reinstalled the whole game, crash. And started as administrator doesn't fix it. The game keeps crashing right after F1. OS is Windows 7 64b Home Premium. Is it because of the many Microsoft updates? I also made sure to get the trainer version that matches with the game version. Still crashes.

    I do get this errorcodes:
    c0000005
    001e5aa0

Malwarebytes is known to be a pain for trainers, you need to whitelist in every A/V in your PC.

To see who's the culprit check Event Viewer in Administrative Tools.

Yes, I use Malwarebytes for like 3 years and never had problems with it. Yesterday it decided to be a pain and it removed the trainer. Then I whitelisted it. Also installed Windows updates but it can't be one of them? Of course it had to install IE 10 and 10, I uninstalled them. I just don't get it why it still crashes and what about the errorcode c0000005? It's known to be access violence or something and it only happens when I press F1 to activate it.

I only have Malwarebyte installed. But what about Windows Defender?

Did you right click on both the game exe and the trainer exe go to properties then the compatibility tab and make sure BOTH have the run this program as an administrator box checked? This has solved many uncooperative game and trainer issues for me. I had to start doing this for every game and trainer I run after installing some windows updates. I am also windows 7. good luck Slow-Poky.

Tried it now and still same trouble. Can't believe this **** at all. For months it was working all fine and suddenly it keeps crashes for literally zero reason.

Have you tried disabling Windows Defender to see if it makes any difference? That's what I do on Win 7. That and make sure there's an exception for the trainer Exe file itself (or folder) for each security product whether they're disabled or not.

How do I disable Windows Defender? And the trainer has been whitelisted in Defender too and still crash.
