Steam version gives this:

16:43:31: Trainer is up to date.
16:44:33: Successfully attached to RAGE2

16:44:34: Collect Money, Script error in line 3: Cannot find aob for 'Collect_Money'

Nuked all files, re-downloaded just to be sure, same result.

No options work.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

While waiting for an update to be released, you can use our free CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool to easily hack the game yourself. We have tons of video tutorials available for even those with no prior experience with memory scanners or gamehacking tools.

I'm not actually sure there was an update -- haven't seen any updates through steam yet!

When I launch the Rage 2 Trainer, I get the attached screenshot. It just sits at this logo, doing nothing.

Please temporarily disable all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Extract the trainer fully to your desktop or other location. Right click and run as admin on the trainer and make sure you have full permissions to the Windows temp folder.

also make sure you have the following:

.NET Framework Runtime 4.7.2 or above: dotnet.microsoft.com/download
.NET Core Runtime 2.1 or above: dotnet.microsoft.com/download

I've tried all the aforementioned, still no luck. My other trainers work fine. It seems to be a problem with all the trainers that use your newer stylized logo (Rage 2, Borderlands). The ones that use your CH in a circle logo (Borderlands 2,Rage, Dark Souls Remastered) work fine.
