Had the same thing, i turned on unlimited energy. The energy display went to 0% and it was no longer possible to charge the battery. The next big problem was that the crew stopped going to their stations after I enabled unlimited health. Any attempt to get the crew to do anything was unsuccessful after that.

And what are the steps to reproduce? Because I cannot. I'm using latest trainer with a new savegame. Ship is in harbor if that matters. Default game without mods and without opt-in beta versions.

You need to leave port with "Unlimited Energy" on and it almost instantly drops to 0% also "Unlimited Battery" does not counter this.

"Unlimited Energy" is working fine now however, "Unlimited Oxygen" when used underwater just sets your oxygen to 0% therefore your crew will die.
