Lucifer do you use mods?
For avoid this problem have tested repair ship on a fresh installed game without mods and not works

Well I have tried mods but couldn't get them to work so I have had them off. I went to the mod help room and found out that some mods only effect a new game, not a saved game so that's a hassle. Maybe that is why some of the options in the trainer don't work, IDK.
But I don't like to use a trainer plus mods, although on some games I have done that and it works or it don't and you get some weird stuff. Heck I have used Mods, plus trainer, and CE all at the same time before trying to get all the options I need. I experiment a lot and have accumulated large amounts of save games, altered mods, game files, cheat tables, notes, etc. (need to clear some of that old stuff out some day). But yeah I tried those options in a new game before and still couldn't get them to work.

I think I've fixed crew health and ship health now. At least crew no longer dies and ship no longer sinks. Will be posted soon, let me know if it works then.

Well as soon as this new trainer cam out i got it and tested it. here is what happened.

I took my ship out to a large group and got attacked with depth charges. I got 11 Leaks and half of my systems went out. like the lights, torpedo tube, and power distribution board. My ship didn't sink or get any water in it, but the lights are out and for some reason the crew can't seem to repair anything. I have been letting them try to repair but it's been over an hour.

So it's a partial success I guess you would call it.

Oh, and the game won't save now.

You may need to start a new game, if there have been so many trainer and game changes, the save may be all mixed up.

I DID start a new game before using the trainer, those are my results. No mods or anything. Besides. what good is a trainer if I can't save or use a save? I gotta save sometime, can't play the game forever without saving.

I would send you a save but when using the trainer I can't save. I'll try it again though just to be sure.

1. Started new game
2. Used the trainer to increase my budget.
3. Tried the trainer to get reputation points, did not work so I used the console to do it.
4. Leveled up my officers and maxed out their skills.
5. Bought all favors.
6. Researched all ship upgrades.
7. Took the Black Pit mission.
8. Went there and lost navigation, assigned Chief Boatswain to navigation.
9. Navigation won't come back, ship is lost.
10. Tried to save so you could look at it, but just got the error message in this picture.
Is there anything else you would like me to try? It seems that the crew do have infinite health, however they won't do their jobs after using the infinite health cheat for them. Then you can't save. I'm also not able to assign assistants to the officers.
