Treasury has max values before it flips negative. If you do that your game is screwed. 9999 is fine. Some countries allow 19999. Either way that is more than enough money. If you get low just add more with the editor.

I can not figure out how to use this. I start the game, hit F1 at the home screen and then my values never changed. Please someone explain what I am doing wrong.

Anybody figure out how to decrease provincial improvement time?

please read that article, so you can know how to enable the console.

We aren't doing 1000 options when there is console commands that do them.

The game patches and due to the clauze****z engine, requires completely rewriting from scratch each patch. Same for Stellar Tactics, same for Europa Universalis 4, Same for Hearts of Iron 4, etc. This is why we make the trainer use the console.

Quick question on how to activate the console :
Wiki says that you need first, to modify the launch options in Steam, by adding the "-debug_mode" command in the launch parameters.

For the command console to work on the trainer, do we need to do this as well, or just using the option from the trainer will allow it ?

the console will only work in the game if you do what the wiki says.
all the option is letting you do is to actually perform console commands on ironman game by temporarily changing it to non-ironman, then toggle back off to set it back to ironman. that's it

The console not showing up or not working is a function of not setting up your game to allow it to be shown. That's on you. Look at the instructions.
