Just an FYI about the Soul tokens/green skulls.
If you try to edit the 100 cost ones it won't work. What you need to find is something that costs more than 100... you can tell you have it right when you look at the editor and the value appears in the COIN section and not the skulls section.
If you edit the value there, THEN it will change.
The easiest one off the top of my head is repairing the Pit bridge.

Thanks, I figured it out myself too during my most recent play-through a few minutes ago. it seemed that with the chest that's sunk in the area off to the right near the beginning of the crypt and also the collapsed part of the bridge that's part of the pit that method does in fact work.
Green skulls don't work for me.
There is a relic on the broken stone bridge which costs 2000 green skulls, it will work there.
