I am having the same issue

since the trainer has no update requests then the trainer must work just fine

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

While waiting for an update to be released, you can use our free CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool to easily hack the game yourself. We have tons of video tutorials available for even those with no prior experience with memory scanners or gamehacking tools.

Using Risk of Rain 2 Trainer 1.2.4.1 HF (STEAM):

This is happening when trying to activate options through keyboard. Options still work when manually alt tabbing out of game to enable them.

Any troubleshooting available?

try verifying the game files or reinstall the game and if that doesn't work please put in an update request
