My latest version from Epic is 1.0.1.4 which I think is for the DLCs update. Have yet to try the 1.0.1.3 listed here.
Update - trainer 1.0.1.3 is not working with new Metro update. I have the two DLCs installed just now. Mine is the Epic release.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
Looks like i waited for nothing. DLC download didnt change my version number from the summer update patch. Steam's current version is now 1.0.0.4. No idea why it's 0.1.0.0 off from Epic's. Filed an update report

You filed an update report or did you try the trainer we just posted?
The developers of this game are being idiotic with their release numbers. They make no sense and Windows Store and Epic and STEAM versions ALL have different numbers, so please do not request update of trainer unless the trainer is not actually working.

Seems like Option + (Multiply) for Unlimited Throwing items, is the only one not working, at least for the Windows Version which is still the same. I'd make a update request, but there are already 3. And i don't feel like getting jipped out of 10k RC for no reason.
All other options seem to be working, for the Windows Store version at least.
If it is indeed not working then you need to submit an update request. If all 3 of the other people who've requested an update have only said Steam version is not working then they won't look at the Windows Store.

It's a good thing i did'nt. I must have forgot my coffee this morning. I was pushing the Plus button instead of the star key. Everything works on the Windows Version. Although the trainer does seem to crash the game if certain options are toggled during cut scenes. Not a big deal though.
So the Options all work, but the game crashes constantly with the trainer enabled. It's really quite annoying. I just think the Windows Store version is a mess, but without the trainer i get no crashes. But with it, I crash every 10-40 mins.
