Recently I've started having a problem with AVAST rejecting exceptions I put on my CH trainers. It was working fine last time I used it several months ago but now even when I add an exception in AVAST it removes the file again. I disabled AVAST for a few minutes to test it and the files worked fine.
Are there ANY AVs that play nice with CoSMOSs or CH in particular......

well I'm having no issues with AVAST's exceptions.

however, why not do what I do & set up a folder on desktop
that says PC Trainers? then when you access the exceptions
feature in AVAST's settings, create an exception & type this in:

    C:\Users\Username\Desktop\PC Trainers\

and then at to the custom directory the name of the trainer you wanna use

    for example: 70077-Username-Resident Evil 2 Remake Trainer.exe

then add the exception & confirm it. once you start your trainer & is asks
to wait 15 secs to scan the trainer's tmp file, just dismiss everything on screen
except AVAST's prompt...then after that the trainer will resume.

    Switched to BITDEFENDER, Problem gone....
Didn't even have to add an exception, it automatically recognized CH as OK.
