couple things

1 the replacement exe starts the game just fine so you can use a trainer. it works like it always did
2 the game had a huge update, rewriting almost all code and breaking everything incomprehensibly.
3 "hope this expedites an update" actually there is no ETA on this, as this will be a total rewrite do over. keep in mind this stupid title has anticheat to block trainer attach, then encryption of values, and now rewriting of functions which likely are done to further thwart cheating. This trainer may not be updated for several days or longer.

FYI,

Super Hull and Super Shield doesn't work for escort class ships. Other than those, it works properly.

This has been a known problem that I could not overcome, even on previous trainer versions, sorry.

So Windows released this game out on their Xbox store, I'm wondering if this will work with that?

I have this through the gamepass. It doesn't 'seem' to work. I can't find the exe to replace, but currently the game doesn't have an online mode on game pass. Can someone point me to the exe or does this version not need to have the exe swapped?

For those wondering: Currently, while MP mode is not available, you can use the trainer without the launcher. Just start the trainer and you are good to go.

Keep getting a notifcation I need to update trainer even though it is a the current version.

Steam had an update yesterday.
It installed the "Easy Cheat" software to the game.
Which made the trainer unusable. As it gave the "ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED" Error message. When you first boot up the game it boots the Panda Bear Easy Cheat EXE first then the game EXE.
You can by-pass this by going into the steam app, right clicking the game, then on properties. Go to the launch options and type NoEAC then close it out. Steam might have reinstalled the original EXE for the game so I also recommend re-swapping it with the one Cheat Happens has.
