Well, I asked to port the trainer to Steam, but apparently could not be done, no reason given, so I went ahead and bought the Epic version of the game! Oh well.....

the trainer works for the steam version! I used it on release day, and I used it this morning! it works fine for BOTH versions! I had stated that on steam release day.
