X4: Foundations Message Board  

I found that some of the manuals needed for training pilots and manager from 1 - 5 are not listed in the 'Add Inventory Items' list. Thankfully I was able to manually type them in free-hand to get them all. For those that don't know the sequence like I didn't at first, it's the following items can be added:

inv_seminar_piloting_3

inv_seminar_management_4

The same principle follows suit for boaring, morale, and engineering seminars but I've yet to even see in-game how to give those manuals to crewman. If anyone knows how, please let me know. :P


Also when I click on 'Add All Licenses,' some are still missing such as those of the Yaki. What's even stranger now is despite starting Terrain and having the best relationship with them, this doesn't give me their licenses or unlock the friendship levels with them. The same happens for 'Add All Blueprints' where I've found that even though I hit it, I've found that I'll for example be missing some module BPs from the Split.

Are the 'Add Alls' meant more to add as much as possible? The rest has to be entered in manually?

The one thing I haven't tried is starting a new game and then using these 'Add All' options which I'm going to do as we speak.

I have an idea though that may help fill in the missing key things. I'll start a new game and regardless max my faction rep with everyone (even the Xenon to avoid issues in transit.) I'll then go to each faction's leader and pick up every last blue print, license, etc. I can as a few were missing. Then I can give you my save file to the trainer dev team here to update the last remaining items currently missing.

I have a Game Save File ready to send that does unlock all licenses, blueprints, and research from every possible faction in game. When I try to post it here as an attachment though it fails. Who may I send the file to and how? Uploading the .xml directly seems to make the website timeout.

Note! File attachments are only for the uploading of savegames, images or game.exe files to assist our staff in troubleshooting problems. File attachments are only viewable by staff. No other users will see or have access to any attached files. Only images or archives (.jpg, .zip, .zipx, .7z or .rar) may be attached. If you are sending an .exe file, it must be compressed using WinZip, WinRar or something similar before attaching. Be sure to include instructions in the archive if necessary.

I've attempted both but the file is still too large. I've sent it via email to the Editor Creator via Google Drive.

If that doesn't work I can take the actual edits and put them into a word document and attempt to upload that. Will keep you posted.

Is the V11 Save Game Editor for anyone else loading up and then just shutting down the same moment?.

The V10 worked without any hassle but yesterday's/todays's Update seem to behaving strangely.

Will probably role back to V10 since i am unsure what the Updated Trainer change to behave in such a way but just wanted to see if it's just V11 here on my System or if some other are experiencing similar issue with it.
