Found out something interesting fiddling around with cosmos (and destroying my save several times in the process)

Turns out you can set the skill level much higher than 25 and the health/damage/magic values upscale directly to the level values, which are mostly 4byte and one float. I was able to set the damage to 255% before it ended up as 0%, health went up to 800 and above.
