Hello, love the trainer and its working really well, but can i request a minor tweak on one of the option? specifically the "High Efficiency on the workplace option".
After testing the trainer, a high efficiency on a specific building "The Dock" kinda break the game in a way that ships came too fast and along with it, the immigrant (which led to explosive population in the span of minutes, it can't be stopped as well with freeze population on the editors).
so yeah, i think high efficiency on all buildings but the dock could make the option works better.
Agreed. Editing the amount on trainer could work too.

Totally agree with this request. In the meantime you can ban all workers from your docks indefinitely and when you want imports and exports you just allow one worker in for a second and kick him out again. It's workable but immersion breaking - hopefully one of your suggestions gets picked up and added to the next version of the trainer.

My 'workaround' for now is to have the immigration office work mode set on 'tropico first' and hire foreign workers as an when needed.
But the efficiency option for the dock should be excluded/separated. It also creates a huge performance issue if/when you have multiple docks (usually more than 2)
