game fully released on the 18th Oct, and there have been no more patches since that date, seems a good time to update trainer if possible.

I would say wait till the 1. Nov and if it still hasn't patched by then, you can PM the trainer maker and ask if it can be taken of hold.
At least then we have 2 straight weeks without patches.

The game released out early access on October 18 I bought it on November 7 it's November 13 It's been out of early access for little over a month it hasn't been updated since October 31 and it's still on hold. So, I just have to ask how do you contact the trainer maker. Because I don't see a way to do that on the site and I have been looking.
