I believe the issue is, when you get further in the game *spoiler alert* you no longer operate out of Georgetown.. it moves your base to another location? could this be messing with the set scrap/provisions etc?

With the plot, I'm out of Georgetown camp.Unlimited resources can not be used (9, 0, /, *, -)，Other functions are effective.
