No one from support didnt answering me. I made 10 tickets and i got 0 feedback. I want to cancel my subscription but no one helps me Yes i read the Common Problems and Solutions but still i need someone from administration to cancel my subscription

Assuming you read the red text as suggested to you twice starting on Thursday and you do not paid with Paypal as you say you still need our help => when did you created your first ticket? Please notice that its weekend and you might give us at least 3 business days to reply.
