I own the Steam version of the game.
The trainer was running perfectly in late 2022, when I made my first game.
Now, the trainer just crashes seconds after activating it. I downloaded it again, tried various compatibility options, with no success.

RTX 3080ti drivers up to date
Anyone else with the same issue ?

Saw you edit. Good thing you got it working. Seems maybe UBI may have changed some stuff then.

Yes, I tried the trainer 7, and it failed. It is indeed something odd since I used it 2 years ago, without any issues to report.
And now, if I indeed managed to launch the game with the "ubi trainer" through the Ubi launcher, the game keeps crashing during the first meeting with Phoïbé when using the trainer, while it runs smoothly without using it.
There is something fishy, but I just don't get it. My only guess is that something from Ubi messed up with the account linking, as Odyssey (as well as all my other ACs) appears in both Steam and Ubi libraries.

Hi again.
So I just downloaded the game and a fresh trainer for steam.
And it worked fine here. No crashes.
Maybe try to redownload the steam trainer and launch the game from steam after a verify files run.
Well, all the game files were verified by Steam, and there was no error. Unfortunately the issue was still present, as the trainer was still crashing.
I had a check to my AV, Kasperky, and I think this was the key to the issue, as a tmp file was repeatedly deleted from C/users/xxx/Cheathappens. 😕
Oddly enough, I did not receive any notification, and I already had set up an exclusion on the whole CH file. I deactivated Kasperky, and bingo, all went smoothly ...
Do you have any opinion (or advice) about a more tolerant AV ?
windows defender is pretty good as long as you don't click suspicious links. I haven't used other AV programs in a few years and the ones I have used have gotten worse

This game has received an update, the cheats can be activated but they do nothing in the game. Please take a look at this.
there are no update requests so the trainer must work fine
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
