To those who got banned and already start using a new xbox account, are you able to access leaderboard with the new account?
To answer your question, the windows account and main gamertag I own Forza on got banned, I made a new gamertag to play and it works online with forzathon hourly and other players, but I don't have access to leaderboards, tunes, or livery's. I'm assuming I'd have to uninstall and buy the game again on a new windows store account to have access to those things.

I do not believe that they would ban your MS account. You did not violate any MS TOS, just Forza TOS. Same as in FH3, only GT is banned. Also there were people who has the exact same problem. I have contacted them which they said the error fixed itself after some time but there are also people who still has the server error issue. This confirm that it is indeed the issue on the server end and nothing to do with the ban.

I guess you could try but I doubt it would make any different. Regardless, I have already asked MS for a refund. I'm not paying over 100 bucks for half a game
What did you plead to ask the MS for a refund? I think I'll try asking too. but I believe that if I admit that I cheated they will not give me back the money: p
no, turn10 does NOT ban your microsoft account. turn10 cannot do that. what they DO is log the UDID of your device, every single electronic has one embedded in the main motherboard, when they ban your gamertag from the turn10 servers they also ban your devices udid, hence why you can easily make a new microsoft account and gamertag but still cant play online in forza. turn10 has NO access to anything microsoft, only turn10 servers themselves. the only way around would be replace your hardware then create a new gamertag, then play OR change your devices udid which im not getting into, afterwards you can play online with the same microsoft account you made the purchase from but make sure you ONLY ever login with the NEW gamertag, once you accidentally login on the banned gamertag that new hardware is instantly banned as well. also if a friend comes over and logins to play forza on your pc and you have never "cheated" and he is banned yet you have done nothing, you will also be banned and by the way, emailing turn10 is almost useless

I know there are people reporting the trainer needs updating or there are problems. But I'm not having any issues... had to try a few times to get the credit option work (watch the video - timing matters). But thought I'd let ya'll know it's working for me.
You must be doing some voodoo stuff then, I've been trying for the past 30 minutes for any of the options to work. Only reason I bought premium was to get this working. I'll keep at it and see if timing really is the key. Already had the game crash on me so I might be doing something right.

I just followed the instructions exactly.... I don't start the trainer until I'm in the car and I tend to keep my internet off until I start the trainer and then turn it off again once it's running, especially if I'm doing credits (although I could care less if I'm banned online). I did use it while my internet was still on(but not online play) and it worked fine (free opponents, super acceleration, etc - however I would not try to use the credit option while connected.
