Thank you for this, maybe now I can actually progress my game.

I have a question as well, for anyone reading this topic, does anyone know how to change my alignment from Chaotic Neutral to Chaotic Good by save editing the json? I've been looking for it all morning to no avail, I can't find a single line that changes my alignment from it's current state. Hopefully someone knows. Will keep looking in the meantime, as well as posting the question elsewhere to see if I can cast a wider net for an answer.

Set level does not work when i set my cac to level 2 it thinks it is level 4 can you fix this i would really like to add more feats to my cac

@redmass: changed my level from 1 to 2 without a problem. Are you trying to lower your level or increase it?

Level up and you will see what i mean in your level up progress it thinks it the same level as before you change it i have been trying to lower my level to get more feats

Lowering character level doesn't allow you to get more feats, except in the case of multiclassing. What we need is a way to reliably lower the class levels. We've been looking into it with memory editing like CoSMOS, but haven't really succeeded. Which is why I'm going to make a request to add edit character and class level on the "Request a Trainer Option" side of things.

This can be achieved either by the save editor or trainer. My guess is that it would be easier to achieve using the trainer, as lowering class level through memory editing works. The only problem is that you would have to cheat to level at least five times to find the correct address. Through save editing you can find and lower class level, but unlike with memory editing, this does not allow you to choose new feats, as the original choice remains.

Just made the request. Hopefully it will be approved, and I'm also counting on everyone's votes.

As a side note: I attempted to edit my previous post to include the above update, but was prevented from doing so by the "Firewall Warning - Content Blocked" alert. I believe it was triggered by the formatting of the quoted post.
