Updated trainer for 1.07 works fine on my end. For example I enable gold cheat go the tavern and order an Ale and then got 999,997 gold. What you describe was the case with the original / outdated trainer on updated 1.07 game.

You might want to clear your temp and cheathappens folder, reboot and download the latest trainer again. Maybe there are some leftovers from original trainer.

Downloaded it again and everything works perfect! Most likely root cause of the issue is that I am an idiot and likely downloaded the old trainer.

Granted, I am new to the site, however I am pretty good at following simple instructions. The initial download worked as expected. After the game was updated several of the trainer options were broken, including the gold option. I removed the original trainer download and etc... as suggested in the above posts and downloaded the update, but I am still having the the same issue. Can anyone suggest some help?
Also this, which came after the update:

Information: 0 : Trainer version: 1.1
Warning: 0 : Checking for updates failed...
Information: 0 : Attaching to process: TheBardsTaleTrilogy

Whats the source of your game? GOG? Steam? Pirated? Do you use any other trainer or cheats for the game? Did you activated the trainer at main menu or ingame?

Something was pushed through yesterday Link hard to say if it was before or after the trainer was posted and there was no mention on STEAM boards.

could try wiping out all the data in these folders, rebooting and trying again.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90

Source is Steam, legit.
No other trainers.
Tried both.
