Then, to get rid of unnecessary skill points, you need to lower the level, this is the only way at the moment =(
But they are also given for completing certain tasks =(

I seem to have found an issue with the trainer. After allowing it through Windows Defender (it was being flagged as a trojan) and running as administrator, the trainer seemed to be working fine. I did notice an issue that both reinforcement and modification gear options added only to reinforcement gears, but the main issue is that something locked my XP gain somehow. Not sure if it was the infinite health or infinite katana durability codes. Tried to correct with adding XP and the XP modifier, but the XP bar wasn't moving at all after multiple kills.
