I am also having problems with it crashing the game both when activating the options before loading my save and after loading my save and crashing in my equipment box

Same Issue here, i can't play and use trainer without a NET Framework error.

I have no idea regarding the .net framework stuff, as my trainers never need that.

There will be a new trainer posted as soon as PWizard is able. There are many integrity checks in the game, and I have updated the trainer to work without crashing.

Trainer will be posted soon..

Whenever i get damage with inf health turned on, the lobby crashes (private online lobby), this also causes to fail the Quest im in.
