My internet (Spectrum) has been pretty garbage recently, just randomly shuts off for like an hour or two at a time every few days.
So far it has only happened once while I was using a trainer, but I was just curious if this is something I should be worried about? Worried about in terms of my account getting banned by the authentication system or some such.
My internet is always on when I launch the trainer and it authenticates successfully and all that, but I didn't know if it like continuously authenticated or something like that.

Curious what part of the country you're in? I'm in rural central Florida and Spectrum goes out once or twice a week usually between 2am and 3am. It usually resolves within the hour. Maybe they're doing Maint. or cable upgrades.
I try not to shut down the trainer during that time but if I have to then the offline key does the trick.

The trainer is not checking internet over and over, only when it launches
