I have heard of this game before and it is still in beta / development mode, what you are saying does not entirely make sense, you are trying to create a cheat file using cosmos and you found these commands that are in the source files, but not present in the game? If the set commands are not present in the game, i imagine cosmos can not create the cheats you desire.

From my understanding and what you are saying, i do believe you will not be able to create a script for project nexus 2, if cosmos is scanning and looking for a value that is not in the game physically, but in the games source folder or bin, then you will not be able to create the script, cosmos scans internal not external.
