I have Far Cry 5 installed on Win 7 x64 but could not get it to run.
Tried lot of things with no JOY.
Finally found that MS had a Platform Update for Windows 7,
Windows6.1-KB2670838-x64
Link I dl this update and Bam All is working now.
Hope this helps and saves hours of searching for a fix.
