"The trainer also says the game is running immediately upon launching it" Then you are running a Raft.exe instance already which is causing the issue you have with trainer activation.

Open task manager and go to details tab and kill all Raft processes. Then try again.

Any chance you'd want to explain how that works, when it occurs after a fresh reboot, where no Steam processes - including Raft and Steam Webhelper - are running, yet the trainer still says the game is running as soon as the trainer starts?

Because I'm fascinated by how that would work, truly. I imagine this trainer would likely still say the game is running if I started it up on a system without Steam, or even in safe mode.

this is the error that i am getting when i try to run the trainer, i have tryed the previews suggest in the above post and still does not work.

I'll ask 0x90 to double check the updated trainer
