First sentence in the orange text one has to confirm with the check box:

'I confirm that I wish to boost the priority of (trainer-title) in exchange for 5,000 of my Reward Credits (RC).'

Good for health, bad for education.

But that mean you have to click "BOOST" before knowing how much it will cost.
