Just an FYI, the Unlimited Ammo/Items/Throwables/Consumables option can mess up progress on the collection missions. It will count them as maxed out even if you have not collected them all and thus making you unable to grab the rest as a result of your inventory being full.
The missions can still be completed but it's mildly irritating as the map icons for them won't disappear due to you technically not picking them up.

Example: Vinyl, Cheeseburger Bobbleheads and the whiskey barrels.

Just reporting that I have not been able to use teleport successfully at all. It seems that no matter where I put the way point, I teleport under the world, die, and respawn near the "Joseph's Word" statue in the middle of the map. All other options are working great!

Update. There was a problem with my "/" on my num pad key. I hit it a few more times and it captured my way point, and I got the activated voice. Then it worked. Seems that it was a problem with my keyboard. Thank you.
