Got mine working as well. Easy peasy, I had better luck closing both steam and uplay and then hitting f1 on the trainer. works most of the time for my setup.

Firstly thanks for the trainer. I know some people have got the trainer working, but like some other people I have not been able to start the game from the trainer. I have followed all the suggestion (disconnected second screen, XBOX controller, disabled AV, run online and offline mode) and nothing seems to be working.

Here are 2 videos that show what happens when I try to launch the game from Uplay and the trainer.

In the second video, you can see that FarCry5.exe is launched but then it disappears.

I followed the instructions exactly for V2 trainer, clicked steam popup to launch the game, then the trainer will indicate it can not find the game, even though I set the directory per Cal's instruction.

Getting an error message on something like unknown version of fc_m64.dll

Why did you put the trainer in your installation folder? I renamed it Far Cry 5 and put it on my desktop. maybe that will help. also turn off user control.

Trainer is working great, good job guys it was worth the wait.

The unlimited ammo option though seems to have side effect. Enemy snipers also seem to have unlimited ammo and can get you stuck in a kind of stagger lock with their rapid fire. It also gives Hurk unlimited ammo with his rocket launcher which is actually hilarious to watch because it's just and endless volley of rockets until everything in sight is dead.

I still run the original trainer and works like a charm - I have yet to try V2, I think I'll pass for now, as org. trainer is working smoothly. I run trainer manager, run Far Cry 5 trainer - moves the trainer to 2nd monitor, press F1 and the game starts up. As written somewhere else in this tread by other people, I too, always move the trainer to 2nd monitor, never had any issues with moved trainer, altho I have seen some that refuses to move, which I don't like.

Anywho, AMAZING work for this pesky lil game trainer. You guys always seems to pull it off, no matter the hurdles or loops you need to hop through.

Sorry for adding to the pile of people who are having problems.

If anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have turned off windows defender complete.y
I have tried setting every exe as administrator.
Tried Uplay in offline mode.
Tried keeping the trainer + game on my main monitor. (and moving them around)
I have tried verefying my game integrity.
I have tried using both v1 and v2.
I tried running the game first, closing it, then launching the trainer.
I have tried closing everything, and then running the trainer.
I have tried rebooting my comptuer and then running the trainer.

Most tries I can watch the launcher prepare, and then when it fades to launch the game it crashes the game + trainer.

I can't seem to find any more suggestions, while looking through the many posts in this thread.

If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly apprecaited


Running:
Windows 10, 64 bit.
Steam version of the game.
No antivures other than windows defender. (which is turend off)
