can i still play with a friend while using this trainer?

A: CHEAT HAPPENS does not support or condone the use of cheats in a multiplayer environment.
So for the love of all that is gaming holy, please DO NOT EVEN TRY and be a good gamer.
For anyone who gets CANNOT FIND GAME, do you have restricted folder access turned on in windows defender or any other a/v program.
I run Eset Smart Security, but turned everything off. It has worked fine with Cheat Happens trainers before, although I have added my trainer directory to a "do not scan" setting within the security software.
However, I turned everything off - firewall and AV, and it still happens. says it cannot find game, and quits.
Tried all the suggested methods. Last rebooted, integrity check, everything.
Game works fine without trainer, with trainer it cannot find game.
I have it installed on D drive instead of C, but I assume this is alright?
Trainer says can't find game even tho I selected the game directory. I even have steam verify all the files I closed Uplay and Steam and restarted windows and then run game close to desktop open trainer press f2 go to game directory and then pressed f1 it says same thing can't find game and trainer closes.

Are all of your files original or did you replace some using an alternative method?
